One of the highest expenses in an office is usually copier and printer supplies. Do your homework and compare prices on these frequently bought items. Buying online is often the easiest way to do this, and you can find good prices that way. In fact, you can do purchase all of your office supplies online, but make sure that you’re ordering from a secure site. Buy in bulk. Most retailers give you a discount on larger orders.  Even if you’re a small business, this can save you money. Purchase toner, printer supplies, and copier supplies in larger amounts and drive your price down even lower. Make sure, however, that you have the room to store these supplies. It won’t do any good to buy in bulk if you don’t have any place to put this large order.
